ROLE OVERVIEW
Asset management opportunity for an MRICS-qualified property professional looking to move from the management of high-quality Central London offices into a broader, principal-side asset management role.
Belgrave Search Partners is working with an international real estate investor looking to appoint an Asset Manager to support the management of a high-quality portfolio of Grade A office assets across Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong property management background who has worked on large, complex Grade A or trophy office assets and is now looking to broaden their commercial exposure within asset management.
Working closely with the wider investment and asset management team, the successful individual will gain direct exposure to asset strategy, leasing, capital projects, operational performance and value creation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the development and implementation of asset-level business plans
Working across leasing, occupier engagement, rent reviews, lease renewals and other value-enhancing initiatives
Monitoring asset performance, operating budgets and cash flows
Reviewing and managing significant service charge budgets and expenditure
Working closely with property managers, leasing agents and other external advisers
Supporting refurbishment, repositioning and capital expenditure projects
Contributing to ESG and operational performance initiatives
Preparing internal reporting and analysis on portfolio performance
Building strong relationships with occupiers and other key stakeholders
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
MRICS-qualified property professional
Strong commercial property management background
Experience managing Grade A or trophy office assets within Central London
Experience dealing with large and complex service charge budgets
Strong understanding of landlord and occupier matters
Good commercial awareness and an interest in the investment performance of real estate
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
A genuine desire to transition into and develop within asset management
The opportunity offers considerably more than a traditional property management position. You’ll gain direct exposure to the ownership side of real estate, working alongside an international investor and developing broader asset management experience across a high-quality Central London office portfolio.
