Investment Analyst – Living

Belgrave Search Partners is working with a leading UK real estate developer and investor looking to appoint an Investment Analyst to join its established Investment team.

This is a broad role offering exposure across the Living sector, supporting investment and development activity from initial opportunity assessment and underwriting through to transaction execution and ongoing asset performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial modelling and underwriting of new investment and development opportunities

• Appraising potential acquisitions and disposals

• Supporting transactions through due diligence and execution

• Preparing investment analysis to support key decision-making

• Market research and identifying new investment opportunities

• Monitoring asset performance and supporting business plans

• Supporting joint venture and investor reporting

• Working closely with development, finance, asset management and other internal teams

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We’re looking for an analytically strong individual with experience in real estate investment, development or transactions. Strong cashflow modelling skills are essential, alongside a commercial approach and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Analyst looking to broaden their transaction exposure and work across a varied pipeline within the UK Living sector.
