Investment Analyst – Logistics (Spanish Speaking)

THE OPPORTUNITY

An established real estate investment firm is looking to appoint a Spanish-speaking Investment Analyst to support its growing European logistics investment activities, with a particular focus on Spain.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious investment team, combining financial modelling and transaction analysis with the commercial aspects of sourcing and executing new investments.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals and building relationships with property owners, agents and other market participants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and evaluate logistics investment opportunities across Spain.

• Develop relationships with local property owners, agents and brokers to support deal origination.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow forecasts, investment appraisals and sensitivity analysis.

• Support acquisitions through underwriting, due diligence and transaction execution.

• Prepare investment papers, financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

• Analyse market trends, investment performance and potential opportunities.

• Collaborate with investment and asset management teams on portfolio strategy and business planning.

ABOUT YOU

• Native-level Spanish and fluent English are essential.

• Experience in real estate investment, acquisitions or a related analytical role.

• Excellent financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.

• Strong understanding of investment appraisals, IRR, cash flow analysis and underwriting.

• Commercially minded, confident and comfortable building relationships.

• Strong academic background in finance, real estate, economics or a related discipline, or equivalent quantitative experience.

• An ambitious, proactive individual looking to develop within an entrepreneurial investment environment.

Previous exposure to industrial and logistics real estate would be advantageous but is not essential.

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

• £65,000 – £75,000 + Package.
