Senior Investment Analyst / Associate

Belgrave Search Partners is working with an established and well-capitalised real estate investment business looking to appoint a Senior Investment Analyst / Associate to its London team.

The business takes a sector-agnostic approach to real estate investment, with particular interest across Living and Industrial & Logistics, alongside opportunities in other sectors where it identifies compelling risk-adjusted returns.

This is a broad investment role offering exposure across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial screening and underwriting through to due diligence, Investment Committee and execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the investment team and take responsibility for:

• Financial modelling and detailed underwriting of new investment opportunities

• Assessing returns, sensitivities, financing structures and key investment risks

• Preparing investment papers and materials for Investment Committee

• Supporting due diligence and transaction execution

• Undertaking market, sector and comparable analysis

• Working alongside asset management teams on business plans and investment strategy

• Evaluating both new acquisitions and opportunities within the existing portfolio

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone with approximately 3–5 years’ relevant real estate experience, likely gained within a real estate private equity fund, investment manager, developer, investor or leading advisory business.

Sector experience is flexible, although exposure to Living and/or Industrial & Logistics would be particularly relevant.

You will need strong financial modelling and analytical skills, a good understanding of real estate investment fundamentals and the ability to communicate investment recommendations clearly.
